Once your order is dispatched, you will receive either an email or text message notification containing your shipment details.   

Split Shipments:  

In some cases where your order includes multiple items, we reserve the right to ship each item separately to expedite the delivery process. Rest assured, there will be no additional charges for this service.  

Order Cancellations:  

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so at any time before it is shipped. Simply log into your account on our website, navigate to the 'Order' section, and select the appropriate cancellation option. However, once your order has been dispatched, it is no longer possible to cancel it. In such cases, you will be notified via email or text message.
